It depends on the scope of works and the property, but most BRR projects run between 3 and 6 months from purchase through to refinance. Bridging typically completes in 2 to 4 weeks, refurbishment varies by project, and the refinance onto a buy to let product usually takes 4 to 8 weeks once works are signed off.
